Looking for an easy way to raise money for your school, team, nonprofit, or community organization?

A Meyer Foods Share Night brings your supporters together at their local Culver’s while giving back to your organization. During your approved Share Night, 20% of qualifying sales will be donated to your organization. It’s a simple way to turn a night out into something that makes a difference in your community.
 

How It Works
1. Submit a Request

Complete our Share Night request form with information about your organization and fundraiser.
 

2. Get Approved

Our Marketing Team will review your request and confirm the details of your Share Night.
 

3. Promote Your Night

Once approved, we’ll provide information to help you spread the word. Share your event with your supporters through social media, email, newsletters, flyers, and word of mouth.
 

4. Join Us at Culver’s

On your approved Share Night, supporters visit the participating Culver’s during the designated event hours. Guests must identify themselves as being with your organization before payment for their qualifying sale to count toward your donation.
 

5. We Give Back

Your organization receives 20% of qualifying sales generated during your approved Share Night.


Who Can Participate?

Our Share Night program is designed to support local organizations and groups that make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Eligible organizations may include:

  • Schools and school-affiliated organizations

  • PTOs and PTAs

  • Youth sports teams and athletic organizations

  • Local nonprofit organizations

  • Community organizations

  • Clubs and civic organizations

  • Other local groups and organizations serving our communities

All Share Night requests are reviewed and approved by Meyer Foods.

Our Share Night program gives local schools, youth organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and other organizations the opportunity to raise funds while bringing their supporters together for a meal at their local Culver's.


During an approved Share Night, a percentage of qualifying sales generated during the event will be donated back to your organization.


We love partnering with organizations that make a positive difference in the communities we serve. Because we receive a high volume of requests, all Share Night applications are subject to review and approval.

Share Night Requirements

By submitting this application, I understand that:

  • Share Nights are subject to restaurant availability and approval.

  • My organization is responsible for actively promoting the Share Night before the event. The use of AI-generated materials is prohibited. Organizations that submit AI-generated materials may be disqualified from hosting future Share Nights.

  • The organization may not solicit donations, sell products, collect money, or conduct other fundraising activities inside or immediately outside the restaurant during the Share Night.

  • Guests must identify themselves as being with your organization before payment for their purchase to count toward your donation.

  • Only qualifying sales made during the approved Share Night event at the participating Culver's location will be included in the event's donation.

  • Meyer Foods and the participating Culver's restaurant reserve the right to approve, decline, reschedule, or cancel a Share Night request.

  • Approval of one Share Night does not guarantee approval of future events.
