Our Owners

Jeff Meyer, a proud Hoosier, kickstarted his career in 1993 at Klosterman’s Bakery, delivering buns to McDonald's. Dreaming of owning a restaurant tied to a renowned chain, Jeff stayed true to his Indiana roots. He discovered Culver’s, a beloved Midwestern chain, and quickly became passionate about its growth. Today, Jeff owns 35+ Culver’s restaurants, relentlessly pursuing his goal to "Culverize" guests and team members daily.

Neil Miller, hailing from Rushville, Indiana, was Jeff's first hire. Starting as a General Manager, Neil's dedication led him to become an Area Manager and join the Culver’s Mentee Program. In 2014, Neil became an owner/operator with the opening of Culver’s of Fishers. Now, he's a part-owner of 30+ Culver’s restaurants, contributing to Meyer Foods' continued success.
